Grounded, Sharper Focus, Cognition, and Short Term Memory: Thoppu-Karanam

The challenge:
Do 40 to 108 repetitions per day of ThoppuKaranam.
At first you may do the repetitions in shorter sets. Eventually seek to do 40+ in one set.

Full participation is worth 5 credits per week, up to a maximum of 6 weeks/30 credits.

  1. Howdy! I’m Ryan, and I am a member of Tao’s Practitioner Community.

    I set forth here the intention to practice a Thoppu-Karanam Sadhana for six weeks, beginning earlier today, Friday March 24th, and ending Friday May 5th.

    At a young age, I was diagnosed with a learning disability (ADD / ADHD) and I hope through this practice to increase my ability to focus, think clearly, and concentrate, as well as to gain the simple physical benefit of re-educating my posterior chain muscles.

    I will be socially active primarily on my Twitter account (Twitter.com/ariestechprime), though I may add posts on my Instagram and YouTube accounts as well; if I do so, they will be cross-posted to the Twitter account above for ease of continuity.
