Solarizing the Body and Mind: SuryaNamaskar: Sun Salutations

The challenge:
Do 12 repetitions each morning of any hatha yoga lineage’s variation of SuryaNamaskar, with presence and body awareness. If you come from a lineage with multiple variations of SuryaNamaskar, you may certainly do 6 each of two variations for a total of 12, etc.

Full participation is worth 10 credits per week, up to a maximum of 6 weeks/60 credits.

This asana sadhana may be done with internal chanting of Solar bijas or Solar Mantras restored within the practice, for a total of 15 credits per week, up to a maximum of 6 weeks/ 90 credits.
